What we handle

Small, visible fixes that decide whether a listing photographs well and an inspection comes back clean. Structural, electrical and mechanical work gets referred to the right trade.

Cosmetic repairs

Drywall patches, touch-up paint, caulking and sealing, trim and door repair, and hardware and fixture swaps.

Inspection punch lists

Send over the inspector's report and we work through the cosmetic items on it, so the sale stays on its timeline.

Routine maintenance

Recurring upkeep for vacant listings, rentals and homes between owners, handled by one point of contact.
